When my old phone died, I looked at the TracFone options and decided on this phone. As a senior person, I am not tied to a cell phone and I use it as needed - and, frankly more for emails and checking the web vs lots of texts and phone calls - so, it is a perfect fit for me.
I've had this for about 1 1/2 weeks now. A lot of it is the same to operate as my old LG tracfone, but there are a lot of new things that I'm still working on. It is much bigger than my old LG and slips out of my hand a lot, however, I've purchased a case for it and as soon as I get it I'm hoping that will help. Otherwise, it works quite well.
I was unable to send or receive calls. The phone is useless!

The support person is sending me a new sim card. I hope that works, if not Tracfone will have to send me a new phone the some kind LG - LG Stylo™ 5 LTE (L722DL) and return this one.
