Fresh hot cofffee without K cups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hamilton Beach The Scoop brewer to try. I love the design and style of this brewer. It’s small enough to fit on my kitchen counter due to the reservoir sitting in the back. The reservoir holds up to 40 oz of water which can be detached for easy filling. This product doesn’t use K-cups so you can just scoop your favorite coffee grounds, pick the size cup (8 oz or 14 oz) and your brew strength. There is a stand you can flip down where you can set your mug on or flip up for travel sized mugs. It brews quick and hot. I also like that it’s easy to clean. Overall, I think this is a great product especially if you’re like me who likes having a single cup brewer but don’t like buying K cups all of the time. It’s less waste and I really like the option to brew 14 oz for my travel mug for work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using one of those pod type coffee makers for some time now. But what I missed was my favorite coffee brand as they were not available in the cups. Plus, those cups get pretty expensive compared to just regular ground coffee. I saw this Hamilton Beach "The Scoop" coffee maker and knew this was the answer to what I was looking for. The reservoir comes off easy and is large enough so that I am not adding water every day. There are two filter baskets so that you don't get the powdery mess at the bottom of your cup. Two options for cup size, 8 or 14 ounce depending on your needs. The best part is that I save money by going back to my favorite brand, and just scooping in the amount coffee that suits my tatse.

Great, Little Coffee Maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an occasional coffee drinker, so I needed something compact and user friendly. This machine does exactly that, it's easy to use and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space and I can store it off to the side when I am not using it. It is a single serve coffee maker, but I like that it has two different amounts of coffee it can brew. The retractable level on the coffee maker is great for smaller cups, preventing coffee splatters on my countertops. With other single serve coffee makers, I noticed that you need to refill the water each time, but this last you for sometime before having to refill. What's better is that the stainless steel finish, matches with all my other appliances. There's a filter in it already so there is no need for paper coffee filter and k-pods, saving on coffee costs. The filter basket is easy to remove and I run it under the kitchen faucet using hot water to clean it. I can have a peace of mind and turn on the coffee machine while going to complete my morning routine, and have a cup of coffee ready by the time I come back in a few minutes.
