Great Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scoop Coffee Maker is perfect for me. It makes a single great tasting fresh cup every time. No waste, easy to use and a quick clean up! The unit does not take up a ton of counter space but it is worth every inch. For those of us that only want a cup or two of coffee a day, this is the perfect solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best ever single cup coffee makers, so simple to use, it’s great that you can control the strength of the coffee you want to make, from light to extra strong, you simply pour the water in let it heat up, add your choice of coffee, and within minutes you have a piping hot cup of coffee, you can use different size cups also!!!

Great coffee maker for all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the absolute PERFECT solution to our different coffee needs. Compared with other well known single serve coffee makers I love that this doesn’t have pods. The scoop is incorporated into the filter. It has a stand that holds my shorter cups as well as a full range space for my taller cups and travel mugs you can make an 8 ounce cup or 14oz!! I also love the space I save on the counter!!!

Perfect single brew coffee maker

I love being able to do single serve but hate the waste of the single use cups. This little machine is awesome. It makes the perfect cup of coffee every single time. The little filter is so easy to load with your favorite grounds and it brews the perfect cup each time. It is small and compact, barely takes up any space at all! Highly recommend this brewer. I can’t say enough about it!

Makes a nice cup of coffee with minimal clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get this and try it. We use the industry leader in pre-filled cups although we use there universal reusable coffee filters instead of buying the fancy prefilled 1 use cups. We grind our own coffee so a product like this makes sense to have. Overall it makes a nice cup of coffee. There is only 2 sizes as options, 8 or 14 ounces, that may be an issue for some people. The one negative I find is it takes a lot more coffee to get the same strength coffee compared to our other one. It takes about twice as much, I measured and weighed both and the old cup filter took .4 ounces where as this one took .8 ounces. Probably not a concern unless your buying expensive organic or exotic coffee. Clean up is easy, we clean the the scoop and the filter below it and it's quick and easy.

Great, Little Coffee Maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an occasional coffee drinker, so I needed something compact and user friendly. This machine does exactly that, it's easy to use and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space and I can store it off to the side when I am not using it. It is a single serve coffee maker, but I like that it has two different amounts of coffee it can brew. The retractable level on the coffee maker is great for smaller cups, preventing coffee splatters on my countertops. With other single serve coffee makers, I noticed that you need to refill the water each time, but this last you for sometime before having to refill. What's better is that the stainless steel finish, matches with all my other appliances. There's a filter in it already so there is no need for paper coffee filter and k-pods, saving on coffee costs. The filter basket is easy to remove and I run it under the kitchen faucet using hot water to clean it. I can have a peace of mind and turn on the coffee machine while going to complete my morning routine, and have a cup of coffee ready by the time I come back in a few minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using one of those pod type coffee makers for some time now. But what I missed was my favorite coffee brand as they were not available in the cups. Plus, those cups get pretty expensive compared to just regular ground coffee. I saw this Hamilton Beach "The Scoop" coffee maker and knew this was the answer to what I was looking for. The reservoir comes off easy and is large enough so that I am not adding water every day. There are two filter baskets so that you don't get the powdery mess at the bottom of your cup. Two options for cup size, 8 or 14 ounce depending on your needs. The best part is that I save money by going back to my favorite brand, and just scooping in the amount coffee that suits my tatse.
