Great Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Elite Gourmet Knife is great! It's easy to use and makes a nice, clean cut! The base feels solid in your hands but isn't heavy enough to make using it difficult. The buttons on it are large and easy-to-use. It comes with both a carving blade assembly and a bread blade assembly. The knife is also easy to take apart and clean. There is very little effort required to cut through items using this. The cuts are clean and you can get quite thin slices if you wish. My family will get good out of this rechargeable knife for many years.

Perfect for large meat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on a fairly large ham that fed about 16 people and it was perfect! It cut down prep time significantly and it’s compact, so easy storage! Will be using this again when Thanksgiving rolls around!

Love this knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old (ancient actually) electric carving knife that my mother gave me shortly after I moved out on my own (1998 maybe?). It’s one of those things that works well enough that I never thought of replacing since I used it so infrequently. This cordless knife is a complete game changer! I use it all the time since I don’t have to drag a cord all over the counter and find a spare outlet when I need to use it. I find myself picking it up to use it all the time. It is much more quiet than my old knife so that’s a huge bonus. It works really well on bread.
