Great Cordless Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this Elite Gourmet Cordless Rechargeable Knife and it works do great. I just used it to cut some roast beef I made and it was great. It cut the beef perfectly. I also liked that the blades were sharp and ready to use.

Works amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sooo much more powerful than older one! Cuts home made bread very nicely (serrated knife) the straight knife does well on cutting blocks of cheese. It can be a bit difficult to use the unlock and the on switch at the same time. However when experiencing the power of the knife and the finger cutting possibilities, I respect this safety maneuver!

Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently have been trying to sharpen my skills of grilling larger sizes of meat. This knife has worked wonders after cooking a brisket or turkey. It's easy to use, cordless so you don't have to deal with that, and it makes a clean cut. I highly recommend to all!

Also was very easy to clean and we were able to store it in the drawer with the other knofes

I can carve the meat right at the table. No getting caught up in a cord. Great product. This knife will get lots of use
