have issue with Microsoft pin no entry not working. I have to reboot machine to allow me to enter pin no. i have updated all drivers. No scans for viruses are detected. I should have to buy another computer to solve this problem

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing issue logging in to Windows using your PIN. To resolve this, try restarting your laptop, then use the Windows Recovery Environment to boot into Safe Mode and remove/re-add your PIN via the sign-in options. If that doesn't work, run a system file checker or DISM scan to fix corrupt files, or perform a system restore to a previous working state. Additionally, ensure Windows is up to date.
