Love my new cafe double wall oven. It does exactly what I expect from my oven and more. The stainless is clean and its beautiful and accents my kitchen so well.

Great oven!

The Cafe brand is amazing! This oven is beautiful, functional and just plain fun to use! I love the Alexa or Google connection, perfect baking crisp, camera and the voice door open. Only downside is she is really, really heavy so we had to alter the kitchen as our old shelf wasn’t strong enough to support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good! I’ve used the bake, convection, proof and broil features and they were perfect. The ovens are very sleek and modern looking. I’m having to get used to not having handles to open with but that will come.

Size and features are outstanding

Just got it installed! I'm excited to have the ability to proof my dough. It replaces a 22 year old ovens, so I have a lot to learn how to use. It fit a tight space and had the features I dreamed of having. The capacity of the ovens is outstanding too! The controls have been easy to learn.

NOT HAPPY.

- BAKES UNEVEN. THE TOP OF THE CAKE WAS BROWN BEFORE THE INSIDE WAS COOKED. HAD TO LOWER THE TEMP FROM 350 TO 300.
- THE AIR FRYER IS INCONSISTENT. BURNED THE FOOD ONE DAY AND VERY SLOW THE NEXT AT THE SAME TEMPERATURE.
-THE OVEN DID NOT COME EITHER WITH CUSTOMER MANUAL OR COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO WORK IT. . VERY DISAPPOINTED.
-THE LOCK FUNTION DOES NOT WORK.

Your new oven has a different cooking system and therefore may cook differently than your previous oven.
This is what we recommend:
The first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperatures carefully and use the rack positions recommended in the Owner's Manual. You can also test to see if your oven is cooking properly using the "biscuit test".

You can refer to page 8 of the owner's manual for information on the lock control feature. If it still won't work, try unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, visit us at cafeappliances.com/service to schedule a service appointment.
