Excited for the upgrade

So far we love our cafe double ovens. They are really user friendly and have so many options for cooking. Who knew there were ways to cook outside of bake and broil? I’m still in the honeymoon phase so I’m very happy.

Outstanding replacement

The WiFi connectivity of this oven is a feature more used than expected. Being able to start the oven remotely and monitor progress from anywhere is very beneficial. It heats up in half the time our old oven did and cooks evenly at the proper temperature. The hands-free door opening is great when carrying heavy casseroles or trays. The air-frying works incredibly well, so much so that we don't use our countertop one any longer

Cooks great but sometimes it’s difficult to cook

The screen where we select the options constantly goes blank so we do not know where to push to make it work. Luckily we are able to use our phone or we would not be able to cook at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek Design and Love the Connectivity to my Phone

I love that the ovens have no handles and can be easily opened and closed with just a push of a finger. I also love that I can set the oven to preheat, walk outside and my phone tells me when it's ready. I also love the ease of the roll-out racks. It also preheats WAY faster than my last double-oven I had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean lines, easy to understand control surface, touch to open and LARGE capacity on Both Ovens. Add all the extra cook functions and We just love cooking with it.

Great Looking & Performing Oven

We have been using this oven for about 2 years now, nothing negative to say at all. Oven is wonderful in every way. Love the clean look of the push to open doors. Oven heats up fast and the convection part is quiet. The slide out racks on bearings work very well and the black speckled interior looks clean even if it is not. Only wish there were a few language options to choose from as English seems to be the only one available.

Looks can be deceiving

I was impressed with the appliance. Didn't really want a smart appliance but when I received it and saw the convince of having it open on command I began to see the utility. On the second day of having the appliance, the smart feature stopped working! I have tried getting support from the store where it was bought, Bray and Scarff in Alexandria VA with not luck. They do not return my calls. I have tried to reach GE and have been on ridiculously long holds. They are eager to sell but not so eager to support the product. Not sure I would spend this much again for this type of service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
