We have had this for a couple months and have nothing to complain about. Comes to temperature quickly and is accurate. Looks great too

The unit was delivered the last week of December 2020. We've had a glass stove before with four kids grown through their teen into adult years without incident. My wife and I are reasonable folk and very mindful of glass top stoves.
After only 16 months, yesterday, while boiling some eggs my wife heard a pop at the stove and then noticed that the glass over the burner was cracked in two places.
Now we find out that the replacement costs half the price of a new stove.
Irritated in a grand fashion.
I find it unconscionable that a replacement top costs half the price of a new stove. If this is indicative of other repair costs, I am leery of spending more money on dubious products from this company.

Doesn't live up to all the hype

While it bakes fine, and the burners work good, everything else about this stove is mediocre. I've had it for two weeks, now, and this is all that I've noticed:
*Bakes much quicker than the lowest time on recipes, so watch carefully. Not even using convection mode.
*Cooktop is getting permanent specks from, God only knows. They won't clean off no matter how hard you scrub or what cleaner you use. I followed directions, and did not use specific cookware the manual said not to use.
*The layout of the burners was clearly invented by a man whose never cooked a day in his life! You shouldn't have your only two large burners side by side.
*Steam clean option doesn't do anything better than scrubbing with cleaner. Unless I should have steamed it for hours?!?! I followed the directions completely.
*Wiping down the glass doors, and stainless steel hardware takes forever. No matter what you use, it spreads, and streaks, and never seems to wipe clean. I wouldn't recommend this oven if you are an older or more tired person. I'm 45 and the upkeep of this appliance is exhausting.

The ceramic top got scratched at first use and the stainless steel got stained. Wish I could return it. Very dissatisfied.

Cook Book

I really like the stove. I think there should be a cook book with it, especially the air fryer since it is the largest of the 2 ovens. I ordered a cookbook but the recipes are for a small unit using basket. I wanted to be able to cook 3 or 4 dishes at the same time with the air fryer oven.
