Best oven we have owned yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this oven! Both sections of the oven heat evenly and the burners adjust very well through all temperatures. Keeping food at specific temps is a snap. Learning all of the features took a little while but so worth going through the manual to learn them. Had no idea that the oven will automatically shut off (thank goodness), if you have a timer set until we left brownies in the oven and went outside forgetting to check on them. Best oven yet after owning 7 others. Definitely two thumbs up!

great range, but...

We have had the range for a couple of weeks now are are very pleased with the functionality of the unit. It matches our other appliances and works great. We do have one issue, the top scratches easily and shows some minor defects in the glass top (cosmetic only). We were able to use a razor blade to eliminate most of what appears to be "scratches". I bit tedious, but it does work to make the glass top look better. Where there are what I call "defects" is the appearance of a few faint white spots between the glass surface and the inner layer of the glass (the glass does have tiny white spots as a part of the glass pattern, what we are seeing is some of these "spots" become much more pronounced with a deeper white appearance then others around them). This has occurred in the large element section on the front right side. So far that is the only place it has appeared. We are anxious to see if it appears in the glass of the other elements as time passes and they get more use. The wife is very displeased. Our previous glass top range(a 16 year old Maytag) maintained a beautiful, clean, unscratched, unblemished surface for it's entire lifespan. Which explains why the wife is not pleased with this after only 2 weeks. Other then these minor cosmetic issues the range is great.

Wife loves her new Double oven !

So far this product has met all our expectations. The ONLY issue we had during installation was that nobody warned us that a double convection oven is not designed with a "pocket" space at the bottom of the frame so that it fits over the existing floor outlet box ! We had to drill a new hole in our floor and re-run the supply wire and then move the entire outlet box. We were able to do that ourselves luckily thanks to an unfinished basement but buyer beware !

Somewhat disappointing

I was super excited for this oven. But it has proven just okay.
Stovetop? Boils quickly so that is a plus. The back burners are almost buried under the control panel so only short and small things fit on those properly. Good luck if you need 3 medium sized items going at once.

Temperatures? The oven temps are impossible to have regulated properly. Even after adjusting the temp offset in the settings, one runs very hot, the other is a solid 25 degrees below temp.
Smaller upper oven? It seems functional to have the smaller double oven but it is quite a pain to get things in and out of it. Only flat things like roasted veggies. Cookies will burn.
Lower oven? Awkward to open the lower oven without blasting oneself with painful heat on the face... I have smashed my toes because the lower oven door is set to land just above the floor. Stand back to open and avoid the heat and toe smashes. I liked the two handles for my towels which are used as oven mits but they must be moved every time you open the door unless you want the top ones stuck in the bottom oven door, or the bottom ones cleaning the floor for you.
Air fry? More like rapid burn. Under recommended settings of temp and time, fries burns on the tips and soggy in middle. I tried twice before abandoning air fry.
Convection? It is nice for baking. Fan is super strong. Will blow over delicate items. I'll stick to no convection and rotating.
So, if you only bake/cook sparingly or don't really mind the nonsense, it is probably worth the price just knowing it works. If you bake/cook from scratch daily and don't like finicky appliances or fighting your appliances, find a different product.
All these "features" and I don't find them to be usable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this oven. It looks good (SS and Black), functions great, easy to clean. My previous model lasted 20 years before one of the dual burners began to fail so instead of repairing we decided to purchase this new model. It has a built in air fryer which is great, one less appliance to deal with now. Dual oven is convenient for multiple baking like Thanksgiving, Easter, or simply making a few pizzas. A couple of items to note, while everywhere I looked the default pictures show covered elements, this model does not have them covered and the model specs note that, but generic pictures are misleading. Also you lose the lower cabinet in order to have the dual ovens, just be aware. Also there is a fan in the back inside of the oven for convection and air fryer i'm guessing, that lessons the oven space internally just slightly more than my previous model, so my 19 inch pizza pans no longer fit. Lastly setting the timer is kind of annoying, you have to select timer, set the time and then press start, this extra step of pressing start gets on my nerves, but during the last minute it chimes and counts down by seconds which is great. I mention these for awareness, none are deal breakers. I've had the oven about a month and so far really like it.

Great features but poor layout on back burners.

We like all of the features on the range however there is one design issue. The back burners set too far back and the back panel is too thick. When you have an average size pan on either of the back burners, it contacts the back panel and the steam goes directly on the control making it necessary to remove the pan to make any adjustments to the control to avoid burns. I also doubt if all that steam helps the service life of the controls. I would add images but that function does not seem to work on this form.
