While we are happy that you have been enjoying the double oven design and advanced cooking performance that it offers you, we are sorry to hear that the glass ceramic cooktop surface has been difficult to maintain and understand that this would be frustrating for you. We would love to offer you some guidance in cleaning and caring for it!

While the tough glass ceramic material is made to withstand scratches with normal use, sometimes marks may appear that seem to be scratches, but are actually marks from a pan and can be removed by cleaning. It is very important to use the proper cookware and follow cleaning procedures. The bottoms of your cookware should be a smooth flat surface to prevent from damaging the surface. Your range also includes a cooktop cleaning kit, and regular use of ceramic cooktop cleaner will help maintain and protect the surface of your glass cooktop to keep it looking new!
