I wanted a double oven with extra eyes for the convenience of cooking a big meal at once and this stove allows you to prepare a Thanksgiving kind of meal w/ out delay! The heating element is great !

Double oven!

I love the double oven option. Making two different items with two different temperatures. The only downfall is that the top oven is too close to the heating element and sometimes bakes too fast.

Not Impressed So Far

16 days after my stove was delivered/installed, I noticed the 'inside' burner on the largest burner on the stove was not working. GE was great getting someone to my house, but the entire burner needs to be replaced. It came via UPS a week ago, and hasn't yet been installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new stove

I bought this because I loved my last one that was sold with my previous home sale. I am disappointed that in order to warm up the bottom, it now also warms the top. This means it isn't as accurate because as we all know, heat rises there for if I put the top at 325, and the bottom at 425, the top will be somewhere in between.
