Ovens are bad

Brand new and the temp does no get above 390. Have to call service. The ovens are really disappointing. The stove top is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with the burner

Problem with hot surface light. Not a good oven. Hot surface light was changed yet the problem is not fixed. I’m about to call for service again.
