GE Double oven vs older Maytag Gemini

Having used this stove now for 6 months, i feel it can be fairly reviewed.
For 15 years prior, we used a Maytag Gemini double oven, so this review will be a comparison.
POSITIVES - all surfaced have a knob to clearly note on or off. Maytag had a button combination for the warmerwhich was never quite clear whether it was on or off. The 'hot surface' idencator - GREAT! Large red light front and center. The Maytag had a small light back on the control panel that was easy to miss. The top oven is slightly larger than the Maytag.
Negatives - a single timer. 2 ovens, 4 burners and a warmer but only 1 timer. Maybe the Cafe series has two. This is minor, but the Maytag had a rolling shelf in the lower oven. It made putting heavy dishes in and out much easier than pulling on the entire shelf.
All in all, we are very happy with the GE and give it high marks.

Great features ,except Hot Surface light stays on

The stove looks beautiful with lots of good features, my favorite is dual oven. I replaced my old GE Range with this newer Range.
But the reason I am giving 4 stars is because The HOT SURFACE LIGHT STAYS ON CONTINUOUSLY.
I reached out online and sent an email regarding this and created a complaint #18133572. But still haven't heard back, so am little disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall oven is great. The depth of the oven is tight because of the fan or motor on the back wall of the lower oven. I normally could put 2 9x13” pans in the oven side by side and I can’t do that only 1 will fit side ways.
The oven is noisy when heating up. The top and lower oven can be set at the same temperature but the top oven cooks faster burning food. I’m having to adjust cook times and temp in upper.
I do love having 2 separate ovens and the ability to have 2 separate temps though.
The worst thing it is not 100% finger proof steel. The should be illegal!

Controls are easy to understand.
Burners are in good position and sizes.

Burner quit heating
