Love this Oven!

I absolutely love this oven. While my previous oven was admittedly a poor excuse for a kitchen appliance this oven truly makes it fun to cook again. It has a true double oven and keeps accurate temperatures (shocking, right!) Another useful feature for me is the temperature control. Some ovens make you hit an up arrow a bazillion times to get to the temperature you want. Which you sometimes accidentally clear and have to start all over. Not this bad boy. You just tell it to bake then hit the numbers for the desired temp and this beauty heats right up. Also, Preheat time is super quick.
The top section is small but it’s perfect for cookies or pizzas, you could even put a 9x13 in there if you didn’t have anything that cleared the top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the split ovens!

We got this stove for one major reason...the split ovens. On my occasions, we only need to some oven to cook small frozen food items. It preheats fast and is very energy efficient. We haven’t actually used both ovens Simultaneously to this point...can’t rate that. My only complaint would be that the glass cooktop is hard to keep looking clean!

We really enjoy having this double oven. It is easy to use and the controls and features are awesome. We love the warming zone feature! Only negative is that the stove top scratches SO EASILY!
Bummer to have a beautiful new appliance and it already be scratched. Other than that so far so good.

Great stove and oven(s) but easily marred top.

I had a previous version of this in our old house and loved it. This version added some features but the top with the dimples was easily made ugly by food then scratched by processes I used many times with the old version. this was after having it for less than a month :(

I love the accuracy of the temperatures both on the range and the ovens. Such a joy to be able to cook and have things come out on time. Our Jenair never did that even after replacing the electronic board and oven door. I have been cooking and baking up a storm. Loving the two ovens, especially on family Sundays. Also love that the knobs are not right above the oven which was what ruined the electronics on our last stove. Great design and awesome product, GE!

I like the flexibility of having two ovens. However, there are a few characteristics that need attention:

1. Convection fan is very loud.
2. Oven steam vent is poorly placed above range surface.
3. Control knobs and backing stainless don’t match front stainless panels.
4. Dark glass top surface is difficult to clean and easily shows any grease smudges and stains.
5. Trim color is a dark grey which clashes with black glass - too many competing colors.

Love double ovens

I love the double ovens. Even though bottom oven is quite low it does have convection and eliminates the mostly useless drawer other ranges have. Only regret is that neither oven has hidden elements which means I have to be real careful about spillage or overflow from dishes. When I purchased it online I was under the impression it did have hidden elements because none of the interior pics showed the elements and nothing was mentioned in product description either. Had I know this to be true, I would have purchased another brand that I was comparing it with. My previous range at another house featured hidden oven elements and I absolutely loved that. I would not recommend this product based on that alone. Also I primarily use the front two burners. The two back burners are really small, so I rarely use them because most of my pots/pans hit the back of the stove when I try to use them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
