Slow at heating up

The oven takes a very long time to warm up. The convection fan doesn’t stay on and things don’t cook evenly

The convection fan may operate continuously or cycle on and off depending on the oven model and/or mode. Frequent cycling is normal.

Cheap Racks

I have had nothing but trouble with my racks. They warp over time. I replaced the top oven rack and it is warped again. I almost always use 350 temperature. The stove is completely level other than the racks. I had the service person look at it and he discovered that the racks were off. I am a cottage baker and I am tired of my cakes being so un-level. I have hear them make popping noises. The material in these racks must be of very poor quality. I will not purchase another GE stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK, but not great

Normally, we are very pleased with all GE appliances, and we've used their double ovens before. Unfortunately, we just purchased this stove the end of December (2024), and we've already had issues with the "hot cooktop" light staying on, as well as the timer buzzer not wanting to shut off. Overall, we are still happy with our purchase, but we should not be having troubles this soon after purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To turn the timer off press, you will need to press the Timer pad. If it still won't shut off, reset the circuit breaker. This is our second one. The first one had to be exchanged fie to the bottom oven not properly heating. NFM made the exchange seamless. I love GE products. They've been around for a long time. The oven itself is very nice and User friendly.

We love our new oven

We love our new oven. Two ovens actually. The ability to bake, broil, convection oven or air fryer is wonderful. We have already baked multiple cookie pans full of cookies and all turned out well, on time, and perfect.
