Great Features

This is the first time I have had a combo convection/air fryer combo. I used my air fryer all the time but it’s big and takes up a lot of counter space. I truly love it and can’t wait to cook especially on holidays when I need to cook and air fry at the same time!

Great product but the Air fryer should be located in the upper oven not the lower oven.

Faulty parts from day 1

Purchased this oven brand new with a desire for stainless steel appliances and the double oven feature. Decided on GE brand because I was hoping for a quality built stove and didn't want some foreign junk. This particular double oven was very expensive and probably more than we really needed, but was very nice looking with great features and trusted GE brand. Unfortunately it was used one single time and now the hot surface light stays on and has been on for 2 days straight. The surface is not hot at all. A web search points to a faulty sensor, which typically involves replacing an entire burner. Now I get to find out all about GE warranty services(wish me luck). Any amount of happiness this new appliance could bring will NEVER make up for the fact that it gave me problems on the FIRST day of ownership. 2 stars based solely on being let down after saving for weeks to purchase this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend fully resetting your range by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and turn off the hot surface light, this will require service by a qualified technician.
