Bad burners

We purchased this little over a year ago , and lower right burner just stopped working!!! Do not buy it!!! Sad how all the appliances last less than a year nowadays:( poor quality!!!!!

So far This product has proven to be the best stove I’ve owned. I love the many functions it offers and the double oven is a plus! I haven’t used the air fryer technique but looking forward to its capabilities!

This is my second electric range in 30 days. I actually love the range and double oven, but the first one had a burner that wouldn’t work and kept getting the same error code when oven was on.

We purchased this oven prior to the holidays based on the fact that we entertain 25-30 people for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and getting everything on the table has always been tricky... Not anymore. Having two ovens made getting everything to the table much easier . It is a little tricky getting used to how low the larger oven is and reaching down to get your meals out, but the oven temp is excellent and cooks everything really well. The controls for timer and temperature are easy to use and we love the one minute warning chime.
The only issues (which are minor) are that if you are cooking something with a topping in the upper oven, you have to watch carefully. The temperature is the same, but it seems to brown the top faster which probably has something to do with the smaller cooking area. The only other issue is that the glass cooktop doesn't always come clean without some effort. I'm not speaking if you burn something on the top, just regular use. I've had other glass cooktops that cleaned easier, but if that is the least of my troubles I'll be a happy camper.
