Love my Double Oven Electric Range

When we moved hear, we knew we would get another Double Oven Electric Range. We had one at our former house, and couldn't wait to get another one. You get so used to cooking with the double oven.

Good stove that could be better

I have always wanted a double oven so when I finally got this one I was thrilled. It is a good stove but the glass cooktop could be made better with a lighter color glass and or pattern anything other than solid black, which shows up Everything! My last one was a speckled gray glass and I never had to work as hard to keep clean as I do this one. This black glass will show up every single mark and scratch and it does seem to scratch very easily.
Also both of the ovens temperature were way off, had to buy two oven thermometers and test them both to find out one of the ovens needed to be adjusted 25 degrees up and the other 25 degrees down. Both the ovens seem to take a long time to preheat, was expecting better than my replaced 25 year old oven. Also could be more stainless on the stainless model, this looks more black then stainless.

Great Electric Range

This is a very high-end looking electric range. I really wanted this unit because of the double oven. I am very impressed with the high quality construction particularly the well-built doors with their stainless steel accents and handles. The knobs and control panels are also stainless steel. There are individual controls for each oven which allow you to cook at different temperatures which makes it easier to prepare meals. I like the smaller oven fits a nice size casserole dish and can now replace my toaster oven it also allows me to heat up and cook food for quicker. The bottom oven is a nice large size that can easily fit a whole turkey or roast. The top heating elements are your typical five zones with one of them being a warming zone and they each heat up quickly. I am very pleased with this GE Range I'm very glad that I made his purchase.

We liked our new oven. We bake a lot of our foods and the easy of having two ovens was good for cooking foods at different temperatures. We also like that it was user friendly for our children to be able to heat small foods the conventional way without heating the entire oven. Very easy to use. Love it.
