Glass Top Disappointing

I am very disappointed in the glass top. It seems to be very fragile and scratches extremely easily. I am spending a lot of time buffing out scratches. My old range had a glass top and it never scratched. It looked like new after over 20 years of usage. I use flat, smooth bottom pans as recommended and I try not to let the pans slide on the stove top. Yet, just a little slide while flipping food over causes scratches on my burner. I won't be keeping this long for this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Besides all the awesome feature, the burners on this heat up VERY FAST! I can boil a cold pot of water in 5 minutes. This thing is great! Also - my favorite feature so far is convection broil - it's great for cooking vegetables in the oven. They taste amazing.

78 year old male senior citizen still needs a mature lady's company once in awhile. However, my new GE dual oven air-fryer range provides me with the best and safest new kitchen cooking technology to enjoy eating alone or entertaining my old fishing buddies. The regulator push buttons are easy to read and operate. I could probably do without the air frier feature, but am mentally challenged to learn a new and rewarding cooking technology.

the large oven should be on top. there needs to be an option to buy the exact same oven with a white top because that black top it impossible to clean and scratches very easily

The “burner on” light stays on when everything is turned off. And, I’m not talking about the “hot cooktop” … but the “burner on” lights. We just got this delivered today.

I’ve had my new stove for about one month and I have been pleasantly impressed. I love the dual ovens and the air fryer option. The stove portion heats up quickly and evenly.
