Ovens do not work properly.

Obtained early Dec 2023 with the hopes of being able to use during Christmas family gatherings. Ovens do not work properly and was not able to get repaired. The earliest it could be replaced was mid Feb. Needless to say, we were able to get through the holidays, and the stove will be replaced with a different model mid Jan. Not real happy with the support.

Over the last 9 years I've noiw owned three different ranges. The earlier two (not GE products) failed mechanically or electronically. I selected the GE unit primarily because of its features - especially the double ovens plus a warming eye on the surface. So far, I am extremely pleased with the product and sincerely hope that it will be the last stove I have to buy. I've yet to explore the potential of the various oven cooking modes but have found that the different oven sizes have meshed nicely with my baking needs. Sometimes you only need a minimal amount of oven space (i.e., baking a few potatoes or warming bread) but there are also times when more oven height is essential (baking a turkey). My new GE range meets both sets of needs. Moreover, I can accomplish both type tasks simultaneously which is a huge plus. On a similar note, I've found the cooking size features of the two front burners to be extremely useful. I own and use different size "large" pots and have found that at least one of the three active cooking sizes for the two front burners has always perfectly fit my needs. As long as this unit avoids mechanical or electrical failure, I'll be a happy camper.

Very well marked, easy to use, good features. It was difficult at first to figure out that only the bottom oven is convection / air fryer since it makes more sense to have a small air volume, but eventually we figured it out. If you have any foods that may puff up excessively (like pastries, casseroles, souffles, etc. - in our case it was a dutch baby pancake) note that they may hit the element or burn in the top oven.

I’ve always get GE stove the last one I’ve had lasted 11 years with no issues till this first one. It was just economical to just purchase a new, than put more money in the old one with no guarantee it would repair the range
