Love It!! Fabulous Stove and Oven

Great stove and oven. The stove top heats up much, much quicker than my previous one. The oven is great as well. The top oven heats up my french fries, tator tots, pizza, etc. in no time at all. I'm guessing because of the smaller size. The bottom oven can be used as a regular oven or a convection oven. I've used it both ways. It heats up quickly and cooks everything I've put in there so far perfectly. I baked chocolate chip cookies in the top and bottom oven at the same time using just the regular oven option (on bottom oven) and they came out perfectly, and I was done in half the time. You just have to constantly watch your food items because they are done much faster then in a regular full size oven. Very happy I bought it.

I had a Maytag Gemini for almost 20 years and I loved everything about it. Unfortunately the GE double over seems to be missing many features. I miss the top oven also doubling as a toaster. There is only 1 timer for a range with 2 ovens. The alert for the single time is very quiet and only sound for a very short time. The knobs on the cooktop seem cheaply made and easily broken. Also, the black stove top scratches very easily.
I do like the convection oven it seems to work very well.

Love the double oven use the small oven for when I just need to cook something just for myself. Have not use the larger oven
