Bought this about 4 months ago and the right front burner already stopped working. Very disappointing. If I buy the burner itself, it is pretty expensive.

Scratches and removing spills

I received my new GE yesterday and was so excited! I love the two oven feature and had looked for one. I’m disappointed that my very first cooking left scratches on my large right burner using an iron skillet. Not even really doing other than just moving onto the eye. And my granddaughter accidentally spilled a small amount today boing noodles. I can’t seem to remove anything from the stovetop. I had a glass stovetop range for ten years prior. I’m afraid now that this will not hold up. Any ideas? Could it possibly be defective?

Disappointed in stovetop

Got my new stove yesterday. Was really excited to receive and the double ovens and other features so great. Did not receive a manual either so trying to lookup online. But very disappointed in that using stove first day and one burner has scratches - no spill just a skillet use on large right burner and one has a small amount of noodles that spilled (granddaughter) which I can’t seem to remove at all! Had same type stove for past ten years. I think it looked as good before getting rid of as this one almost now. I’m really concerned now. Could this be defective?

I'm loving it! I love the 2 ovens it appears to work great, and I even used the burners. It's just learning what button to push. This panel is a little different from my old range!
