I have had this range for just a month and have found two (2) chips on stove top which is unacceptable for the price I paid. My last profile range lasted over ten years with no chips whatsoever and this new one chips frequently. Plan to discuss this with the dealer this week as I am very disappointed to say the least

I've used it several times and I'm in love. The knobs, handles and doors seem so solid and heavy duty. Like high end products do. The ovens both baked evenly as do the cooktop elements. I truly could not be happier. I smile every time I see it.

Overall nice but one big issue.

Stove and oven work fine but there is a dip between the glass and the edge of the stove. Every tiny bit of food and crumb will end up in here. You have to clean the top twice because of this. Clean the over all top, then try and dig all the crumbs from the edge. Then clean the top again because now you have crumbs on it. This is going to be very frustrating thing to have to do every day. This is terrible design, who thought having a dip on the edge would be a good idea!?!?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand your concern regarding the edge collecting crumbs, but it really doesn't take much time to clean it.
To clean the cooktop seal around the edges of the glass, lay a wet cloth on it for a few minutes, then wipe clean with nonabrasive cleaners.

Hello- Thanks for taking the time to share your review. This is a beautiful range and what you are seeing is normal. The oven is vented through a duct behind the right rear burner on the backsplash.
