Our GE Profile electric range is great!

The two ovens work great. Setting the controls and time to cook temperatures is easy for the ovens. The only difference we noted from our existing GE microwave and range hood is that cook time is in hours and minutes; not minutes and seconds. (That was a bit disconcerting even though it is clearly covered in the Profile range instructions. The glass top radiant elements are east to use. Burner configuration is intuitive. However, with our eyesight, the stove top reflects the microwave’s range vent-hood light, making it difficult to read the burner control label from a distances. The various configurations of burners covers all our existing pots and pans. This is great! The warming position is between the rear burners and has ample space for our cooking multiple things while keeping some faster cooking items warm. Between the two ovens, we anticipate our cooking multiple things will be easier than ever.

Love everything about my double stove & features

Love stove the only thing I wished it could do is air fry on both the upper as well as the lower, but I’m not complaining. I love my stove. At least I can air fry in the bottom. The only reason I mentioned that is because it’s a perfect fit in the upper stove for like a flat pan for air frying. I’m just glad it has an air fryer and I love all my other features too, I love everything about it.

2nd Replacement in 1week

New oven was replaced after 2 days due to a faulty hot countertop light. New unit has the same issue after less than 1 week.

We are more than glad to assist with maintaining the glass cooktop of your range. Be sure not to use cookware with a rough bottom surface such as cast iron or slide cookware across the cooktop surface. The bottoms of the pans should have a smooth, flat surface. Make sure the cooktop surface is always clean. Coarse particles such as salt, ground pepper, rosemary, etcetera, may get trapped between the bottom of pans and the cooktop surface which can cause scratches. We recommend cleaning it with an approved cooktop cleaner like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the cooktop and makes cleanup easier. *Note: Scratches are not removable, especially deep scratches. Small scratches typically will become less visible after cleaning. Some marks that only look like scratches can be removed altogether by cleaning.

Hoped for much more!!

We have a couple of issues with our new electric glass top range. First, there appears to be something under the glass in a few places. They are hard to see but you can see it in the pictures. Second, it was missing a screw holding the trim under the upper door.
I will revise this review if GE repairs the problems...

Everything works fine except setting the clock. The numbers keep blinking and attempts to reset are non responsive on the keyboard.
