The control panel is bubbling (melting?)

I just had the range installed an hour ago and I'm already disappointed! Within a minute of turning on the warming burner for the very first time the control panel is bubbled and separating from the backing surface. Just over 1 minute of use and my wife is SO ANGRY!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glas top malfunction

Although I love this oven, my glass top has a crack after only 2 1/2 months. I have been very meticulous about caring for my new oven and using it properly. I noticed a small "pop" this morning when I turned the burner on and then noticed the crack. Very disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
