Absolutely loving the double oven! I was a little concerned about how complicated the controls would be with two ovens and all the extra options (convection AND air fryer settings!) but it was so easy to figure out and use. In addition, it’s a beautiful stove and I love the way it modernizes the whole look of my kitchen. One thing to be aware of is that the bottom oven rack is really low since it’s basically where the drawer would be on a traditional range. Doesn’t bother me a bit, but might be a challenge for some. Looking forward to cooking for Thanksgiving!

I’m very impressed with this ovens features!! The air fry mode is a lIfesaver! We just made a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and it was so juicy and tasty!

I love the AirFryer option on the bottom oven. But if you are cooking things with different temperature, you have the option having the upper oven and the lower oven. If you want to AirFry in lower oven you can cook in the upper oven.

Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this product. I've wanted a double oven for a long time and tried to make a really informed decision when purchasing this one. We paid a premium price expecting a premium product, and honestly this is no better (and in the case of the broiler is worse) than my old, very base model oven that I hated. The broiler is the biggest issue - in both ovens (but more so the upper oven) it doesn't create the "crust" on the food that it should. It's as if it's not nearly hot enough, and this is using the "Hi" setting. The lower oven broiler is a little better, but still not great.
Also, within the first week of using the oven, we received an error code and it shut itself off, apparently because it overheated. I had a 450 temp on the upper oven and a broil on the lower oven. The broiler was only on 10 min and the upper oven had been on at 450 for about 30 min. Maybe I'm wrong here, but I feel like a DOUBLE OVEN should be able to achieve high temps in both without overheating and turning off! Isn't that the whole point of having a double oven - being able to use both at the same time? I guess I'd never be able to use both broilers at one time. Just so disappointed, and wish I could return the thing. At least my old crappy oven could broil and the price was reflective of the performance. I can't say the same for this one - super average if not below.

The owner experience you've described is not what we want for you or expect to hear on this model and we sincerely apologize. You should most certainly be able to use both ovens at the same time in whatever cooking combinations you choose. We do want to be sure you are broiling with the doors closed as directed in the owner's manual.
