We had to buy a stove as ours gave out Christmas Eve! This stove is perfect for our family. It's stylish and has all the bells and whistles without being too much. Love the design and happy we chose GE!

Great Oven!

We love this oven. Very functional. This is the second one we purchased. The dual surface units are good for matching the size of the cookware to the unit and the surface units heat rapidly. The glass stovetop does need TLC though. The double ovens are great. They are time savers and increase the variety of food we can prepare and are a plus around the holidays. Lots of utility with the oven controls and the self-cleaning feature works very well. Great oven. Real workhorse. Recommended

Installer never leveled the range and it was difficult getting him back. He tested it w/all burners and both overs on and it tripped out circuit breaker twice; hasn't since. Tonight I was roasting vegies in the upper oven and steam was spewing out of the top where the oven top meets the control board. I'm nervous about this purchase. Also, it doesn't come with a paper manual; you have to download it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is not something that should happen, and we recommend scheduling an appointment with our factory service and repair team by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm - As for the steam coming out of the gap between the oven and the control board, this is something that is normal and expected during operation. The steam will increase or decrease depending on the cooking settings of the oven. I really like the double ovens. I use the top one all the time. Great for my family of two. The lower one is perfect for bigger raising needs like a large chicken or turkey. I like having the 2 larger burners that you can pick the exact size you need. I can boil water so fast! The oven and timers are super easy to use. I love the looks too. Very attractive oven. My only complaint is that it spots up very quick and easy. I am cleaning the top all the time. Glass tops are difficult to stay clean long.

Worked wonderful for 3.5 months until all 3 back burners quit working all at once, haven’t been able to get appointment to get it fixed due to holidays
