Definitely helps but...

I would have graded the rating lower, but the customer department was very swift and friendly for my repair, and I also have a warranty on the product. So, I would grade this again in the future for a better review.

Replace going to Dry Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been a fan to go to dry cleaner primarily because of the cost but also the incovenience of remembering to go there when you drop off clothes. Air Dressor has really made life easy. I have do dry cleaning everytime I need it right in my closet.

It does what it promised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a couple months since our purchase of the airdresser grand. Going in I did not know what to expect so even now I am learning new tricks and functions. The airdresser doesn’t reLlt have many competitors so I will just provide some life improvements this provided.. - barbecues, grills, smokes ain’t no problem anymore. Toss them in the airdresser and your clothes won’t stink of all that kbbq - I hate that grandma smell from winter down jackets that’s been in storage since last winter.. no longer with a refresh cycle and the restoration of the fluff is cherry on top - after Covid I don’t wear my suits as often but using the clean function cut down my trip to the dry cleaners a lot. Esp if you wore a suit on a rainy day… you’d know if you know. - this is the main point: wife loves it. She’s a bit coo coo when it comes to clothing and bags that “touched outside dirty air”. I gave up trying to explain.. not a fight worth having. She’s happy she can “clean” her clothes after coming back home every day and that improves my standard of life immensely.
I will add- within a week of getting the airdresser, it started to spit out error codes and refused to run any cycles. I contacted Sammy CS and they scheduled a technician within days. A pair of professionals that were on time and very nice, spent hours replacing if I remember correctly the entire main board along with the faulty water tank sensor “just in case”. It was my 1st experience with Samsung warranty service and that’s 10/10. It’s been many months since and 0 issues so far.
