[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months back. It does what it's advertised to do. Anyone expecting it to remove all wrinkles didn't do their research. It does relax some wrinkles and is a great way to refresh by suit jackets. I use it for my pillows and blankets as well. Maybe not for everyone but I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke too fast, out of warranty

Air dresser only lasted 3 years before it broke. Technician quoted about the same as a new air dresser to fix and recommends tossing it. Samsung let me down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This item don't work

I don't recommend thisproduct. It doesn't work. My steamer has never worked since we bought this product. I dont have any error marked as I was reading from other customers... my unit just doent work. It turn on and everything, the pad works, I can press on but just doesnt do any cycle, no steam, nothing.

Nearly Perfect

I enjoy it a lot because I am a daily commuter so ensuring my clothes are sanitized as soon as I get home is important for me. Using the Airdresser Grand helped me load more clothing in it to also prep for the workweek. I also like how I can control when the items are done thanks to Smart Things. Adding my favorite oils to infuse my garments or pillows with them is a lovely touch too.
I wish there was a backlight so I don't have to turn the lights on to see the controls. I tend to wear a lot of J.Crew Oxford shirts. To ensure fewer wrinkles I have to button the shirts all the way so that the steam goes through the shirt appropriately. The tray for water makes me nervous because I do not know when it will become too much. Wish there was a better way to safeguard against water or improve the storage of water.

Nice refresher, but requires frequent de-scaling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great appliance that refreshes clothes with ease. However, using only distilled water in the AirDresser I still get a message to go through a de-scaling cycle after only four or five times cleaning clothes. That seems like it's a very frequent requirement.

i bought this and the larger one., the grand. i have one outside my kitchen and one in my bedroom. they are absolutely beautiful and they do what they say - perfect for a light steam cleaning with removing small wrinkles and definite gets rid of the underarm and other smells. really good also for a full length mirror. a good price to pay for something that may last many years.

Perfect for closet, steams my clothes well

so let's call a spade a spade-this is a steam closet. an expensive steam closet, but the price is worth every penny. it looks outrageously good with the full length mirror front, it will essentially get your clothes to new again after even a medium wear session (so you don't have to be lazy and bring it to the cleaners each time for a steam clean and wrinkle removal), and will even sanitize your stuff if needed. i have two of these, got one in each size for different parts of the house. looking forward to using this for the next 20 years.

It was a gift for wife's birthday but failed.

i got it delivered last saturday (7/9/2022)and it stopped working tuesday(7/12/2022). so frustrating.
error code 1c1.
the level sensor in the steam chamber is malfunctioning.
only used for 3 days less than 6 times.
i am now contact to customer service for exchange or return.
i had 4 appliance from samsung past 10 years and 3 of them had problem within 1 year of purchase. tv mainboard gone bad right before warranty ends, refriderator ice maker stopped working in 2 months and this air dresser failed in the shortest term.
i won't buy samsung product anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
