App is bad and slow

I have this brand not this product. But the dash cam I have doesn’t work the way you want it to work. The video it captures takes forever to load on your phone, to download footage it takes even longer or it won’t work at all! I tried downloading footage but the app just crashed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The camera itself looked fine other than some small smudges but the glue on the holder was melted and the plug was rusty. Had to return it the same day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
