I used this yesterday for the first time. It’s such a joy to not have to drag around an extension cord, and to eliminate the worry of accidentally cutting through it. 26” is a HUGE blade, and since I am 5’6”, it was a tad unwieldy, causing me to think I might cut myself while in close quarters around bushes. It’s a bit heavy, but I expected it with the battery. It’s well-balanced, I’m just getting old and losing muscle mass. I took breaks to mitigate the fatigue.

I wanted an extra battery for my blower and trimmer combo and buying this set was not much more expensive than just the battery. Now I have a very nice trimmer to go with the rest. Used it once so far and very impressed with the cutting power.
