Some things about this feel kinda cheap, like the plastic they used for the safety switch on the forward handle, but overall it does its job well. The rotating trigger handle is a feature I didn’t expect to like as much as I do.

I mostly purchased this item to acquire an additional battery for my Greenworks lawnmower. But I'm really glad I got the hedge trimmer as well. It's ready to use right out of the box. I'd say this 26" version is slightly heavy for smaller users, but the swivel handle makes it less cumbersome to control. I've only had a chance to use the machine once so far, but look forward to seeing what it can do over the course of the summer.

I have only had the equipment for a month so I have only used it once. At this point it works very well, cuts like butter! As a female it is also pretty light despite being long and having a battery. I have enjoyed using this tool thus far. I also like that I now have 2 batteries, charge one use one with no need for breaks to charge.

My wife wanted this tool. We own 5 other 69v tools and love them all. The hedge trimmer is highly functional, powerful, well made and versatile being able to adjust the cutting head. We are very pleased.
