I have four (4) other Greenworks tools I have used for quite sometime, and they have never failed me. The 20" pole hedge trimmer is no different. The tool is well balanced with more than enough power to make short work of trimming jobs, I use to spend several days doing with hand clippers and trimmers. I look forward to finding a need for another Greenworks tool.

Please contact our customer service center at 1-855-345-3934 and a representative can send out the missing scabbard to you under warranty. Please just make sure that when you're calling, you have your serial number and date of purchase with you. Again, we are so sorry for this inconvenience.
