[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my chainsaw twice and the battery went dead and would not charge. I contacted Greenworks as the battery was warranted for 4 years. They sent a new battery and I was satisfied!. The tool cuts very well and is easy to use.

Loose chain problem

New chains tend to stretch; so be sure to check the chain tension frequently and tension as required. However, be sure to never tension a warm chain before storing as chains shrink when cooling and this can damage the chain, bar and saw. Cuts right through these hard times

This chainsaw has the power needed to cut right through all these trees. It hasn’t bogged down or caught up in a bind since we first started using it 4 hours ago.

The saw worked great, obviously we had no starting problems and the battery charge lasted well over an hour.
