Great Value and Reliable Brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I NEVER thought that I would buy an electric lawn mower, muchless an electric lawn, pole saw, leaf blower, snow thrower, and now a chainsaw. But I have. And they're all Grenworks products. Like many people, I thought that these products weren't as capable as the gas powered machines and tools. Boy was I wrong. And each product that I purchased and used met or exceeded my expectations. All of the products are so quiet that I don't have to wear noise reducing headphones. I just pop the battery into the tool and I'm ready to go. I don't have to worry about getting gas, putting oil into the machine/changing the oil/or making sure I have oil in the house. The only thing that I have to do is make sure that the batteries are charged and I'm ready to go. When I saw that this kit was on sale and it included a rapid charger, a 60v 5a battery, and the chain saw itself, ordering the kit was a no brain: I looked up my user id and password and I was off to the races. Thank you Greenworks for making quality products.

overall the chainsaw is good...the chain brake mechanism looks very cheap/weak...I'm concerned that will brake easily.

Cheaply made plastic toys for children

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy a greenwoorks tool for anything. They are always on sale for a reason. Cheaply made and engineered. Both times I tried to save money on their worthless junk and ended up buying something else to replace greenwoorks. Just don't do it. Or you will be sorry.
