Aluminum Griddle Scratches Easily

Even though I always use a non metal specula and clean with a this griddle non abrasive sponge, the surface continues to flake off. It looked discolored and scratched after a few uses. Suggest getting the cast iron one.
We have had the stove for two years but only recently started using the grill. After maybe 10 uses, the coating is flaking off. We use teflon/rubber spatulas and we are careful. This is pretty disappointing and although we considered replacing the grill there is no reason to believe a new one would be any more reliable.

We would like to assist you with this matter and gather some additional information from you. An agent will be reaching out to you via email. Please respond to the email at your earliest convenience.
We love our new oven/range; however, the nonstick griddle (which is what I was most excited for) is awful. We have been using the range for about 6-8 months and use the griddle about once a week and only using plastic utensils; the non-stick coating is already pealing. Super disappointed!

The grill has various quality issues. Aside from the chipping, mine completely bent making the middle burner useless.

This is not an experience we want or expect from our accessory grills. We do see that you've been working directly with one of our agents, and we’ve let them know you left a review. We encourage you to continue working with them and we’re confident that they’ll be able to get this resolved.
Love the oven, but the griddle has to go. We are already planning on replacing it. The nonstick coating is WAY too fragile. If you have the option of getting a center grate, do that and purchase your own griddle. Ours is useless after 4 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As many buyers before me, the griddle coating has peeled after roughly 20 or so uses.

Never use it and is all corroded. So DISAPPOINTED. i was think to buy a new one even though mine is only two years old. I choose not to due to the same bad reviews about the quality. It will be just a waste of money.
