I Love This TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many things to love about this tv. This is our bedroom set. The picture is clear, and you can easily read words that are displayed. Samsung is the best brand for TVs. However, the frame does not come with much in the way of setup information. When you turn on the tv, the tv menus stays up way too long. But these are minor compared with the picture quality. Did buy a Samsung sound bar to improve sound.

Looks Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv really looks like a painting on the wall. The setup was very easy and fast. Great for gamig.
The images are very vivid however the black colors could be better in fast scenes. Some apps have lag and crash often.

Thank you for purchasing The Frame TV and for sharing details of your image quality. To optimize your TV's performance and image quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

My favorite Samsung TV thus far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looooove our 55 inch Frame tv. From the slim remote control to the smart options, this TV fits our living room space perfectly. And I can't forget the picture frame mode! First timers to our home always comment on the artwork on the wall until I press power and Netflix pops up, lol.
