Slim, vibrant display, grabs attention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my new house and I have been getting so many questions from every visitor to our house. It is extremely slim and with no visible wires, it looks very clean. There are some additional options of using bezels, but I found the default look fitting for my furniture.
Art mode has many complimentary photos and I have set them on slideshow to change once in a while - and there is a built in option to switch off and on - and it puts me in awe everytime I visit my drawing room. My favourite thing to do is open up YouTube and play 4K videos of Amsterdam/Maldives and it has a built in Intelligent sensor to change image type according to image - I use it along with "Natural" mode - do try it out. Speakers are good and the remote is very slim.
Smart view (casting) works very well especially if you have samsung phones since you can then watch both the tv and the cast at the same time. Integrates well with multiple samsung accounts and one account can be host and others can be guest so everyone has the remote.
Overall, great bang for the buck - I would have bought it even if it was a bit more pricey since it is beating the competition any way.

Simple and Elegant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smart apps included with the frame TV provide a seamless user experience right out of the box. No need for any additional boxes, cables, or remotes. The includes remote is easy to use and appreciate the raised volume and channel buttons for nighttime viewing. And with CEC comparability, the Samsung remote also controls my Samsung Soundbar. Turn the TV off and it instantly disappears into any room as a stylish piece of iconic framed art or recent family vacation photo(s). Pair all this with further seamless integration with my Samsung Galaxy smartphone, well... it's both simple and elegant- thank you Samsung!!

Athena,

Thank you for purchasing the 2021 Frame TV and for sharing the details of the issues you are experiencing. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.

2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.

3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

6) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.

See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer

If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it.
- Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off
- Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer

Please also keep in mind the following:

When The Frame TV is in Art Mode, your screen may turn off automatically when surrounding ambient light dims.

Dot not block your TV's motion sensor (located at the bottom of the TV), as this can affect the brightness and color tone of the screen, making it seem as if your TV is turned off.

I hope these tips help. Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Frame TV as the model name says

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy this TV but now looking at it it fits perfectly in the wall and love the way it connects all the cables to one box which is separate from the TV which i think is the best part and can be hidden in the table down. Sound quality is not exceptional and loud enough. Other than that you get everything you need in a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that we can have our TV looking like art is a really cool feature especially when we have guests. The quality of picture we get from the quantum processor is so vivid and almost real look you just want to step into the frame and oh is quite universal. Finally a TV that was designed for home/ home businesses of today. Thank you

55" Frame
on September 18, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Picture is amazing. However the frame option is kinda of hokey. You have purchase the actual pictures and they are stupid expense for what get. My opinion would be to skip this unnecessary gimmick. If you want nice Art, purchase it from your favorite artist and proudly display it on another wall perhaps the one opposite of your Television?!

Badidea,

We appreciate your thoughts on The Frame TV, as well as the Art Store. If you choose to not utilize the 1,400 pieces of artwork found in your TV's Art Store, please know that you can upload your personal photos from a phone via SmartThings app or via a USB drive!

Here are the steps:
1) Open the SmartThings App
2) Open The Frame TV icon from the SmartThings App, select “ADD YOUR PHOTOS + (r)“.
3) From your mobile device select (s) the pictures you want to add to the frame by checking the small box in the top left corner of the images.
4) Once the upload is done, images will be seen in the Frame TV under “MY PHOTOS.”

I hope this tip helps! Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
