The picture is as beautiful as they say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of movies and TV and always want the best viewing experience. The TV is beautiful when it's turned off, even more beautiful when it's in art mode, and glorious in 4K picture.
I was surprised to see that the default was for Motion Enhance (soap opera effect) to be ON. It's a shame to think that there are consumers out there that don't know to turn it off.
The audio was a little muddy and I have to have the volume very high. I am going to look into a compatible sound bar, since this model is really all about picture.
Selecting art for Art Mode is a little clunky and takes some getting used to, but it's so worth finding the right image!

Excellent TV, annoyances with software and Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a minimalist TV in the living room, this fits the bill very well. No issues getting it mounted or connections setup. Art mode is a nice option to have. Integrates well with a gallery wall. It's perfect for people who want a TV but don't need it to be the focal point in the living space all the time.
My only gripe with the software is that because the only input I'm using is HDMI1, and it's connected to my video game console, the Game Bar pops up every time we turn on the TV, even if the game console isn't turned on. For our regular viewing, we're just using apps (Netflix, etc.). It's super minor, like 2 seconds of extra waiting for the game bar do disappear. And if you had some non-game input also plugged in, it wouldn't happen as far as I can tell.
The more annoying thing is the bezel accessories. We ordered the colored bezels at the same time and the first time around I got a backorder message after a month, and then they cancelled the order after another month. But the product is still available to buy on the website, so I bought it again. After a month, another backorder email. We'll see whether they ship or cancel this time.

Weak on the art...

For the monthly cost, there should be a lot more choices and the way the art is managed should be a lot more intuitive. So if you are looking for an art frame this is not really it. Its a TV trying to be an art frame and not the other way around.

Beautiful TV and experience

Tons of options for pictures/paintings, easy to use, great picture for me, but really is all about not just having a big black screen kn the wall. This is my 3rd frame TV and the only TV I will buy from now on.

It’s TV or It Wall Art?

As an interior designer, I have been recommending this to clients for a while and they are never disappointed. No one wants a huge black box in their living space - this is the perfect alternative. At first I hesitated at the price compared to a normal tv, but it’s actually like buying unlimited art AND a high-quality tv, all in one. Couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase, friends and family that come over are always walking by saying “wait… is that your tv?!” It’s that good.
