2021 Frame TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our 65 inch Frame Tv very much. We use it to stream television shows, movies and sports. We love how Samsung was able to make the 2021 model thinner so it looks like a normal art frame. We enjoy the art mode when not viewing the tv and admire the way the remote no longer needs to have its batteries changed , as it has rechargeable batteries which are recharged by a solar window in the remote. We had installed above our fireplace and it adds a nice touch to our decor. We would definitely recommend this tv.

Incredible display and beautiful art!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a skeptic when my wife told me she wanted this tv. I still surprised her and bought it while she was out of town. I’m completely blown away! The quality is crystal clear but especially when in Art Mode. It literally looks like there is a piece of art, or a painting, on my wall! There are so many pieces to choose from! One thing I do wish was for less-specific search terms (I typed in a country and no results came up, hoping to get art of some landscape in that country). My wife has been able to create a peaceful experience in our living area because of the art she can have on the screen.

Software Sucks

the tv looks great, i had no problems installing it and it sits flush to the wall and really does look like a picture frame.
the problem i have is the apps you download to stream like pbs and att now, just dont work very well and are really frustrating!
i would suggest buying 3rd party hardware to stream through like apple tv …. samsung software sucks, its glitchy and frustrating to use. even the samsung tv apps are horrible to use and are not intuative at all.
i doubt samsung will address the issue, so if your budgeting for a tv and this is your desired tv you should budget another $200 for 3rd party hardware to make watching tv enjoyable and not frustrating.

Thank you for choosing The Frame QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with your TV's response time and app functionality. These issues may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
If the issue persists, please also try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

Super Flat, Great Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Fire Cube and a PS4 hooked up to the TV and we haven't used the Cube. the TV streams extremely fast and doesn't lag. The picture is amazing (dark blacks, bright colors) and clear as day.

Awesome Tv’s

They look really smart in our home especially with the matching bezels installed. The software, the picture quality and all of the Samsung content just solidifies my inclination to purchase a forth tv! Great job on this product!!!
