Love it ! Mounts fine

the reviews seem to be about the mount and not the tv. this tv is awesome, the art mode delivers exactly what i expected, the image and build quality is solid, and i will be disconnecting my apple tv as the smart tv features do every thing i need. the new remote has solar and usb c charging and is a big plus.
mount:
i will say its a bit of a process and you will need some drywall anchors but i have had to purchase those for pretty much anything i needed to hang in dry wall. it was about as difficult as mounting a heavy picture frame this size and no more. i was able to get a stud in each mount no problem. i think the complaints just come from lack of experience, a little time consuming but this is a very unique product and i expected it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product-excellent picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV as primary TV in my living room for gaming, streaming, watching sports etc. Has a great picture and lots of features. There is an option for split screen using certain apps and inputs which is cool to watch multiple sporting events at the same time. The picture feature for the frame works well especially in well lit rooms. Just make sure if you use your own image make the resolution 4096x2160. This will give you the option to fill the screen or use a mat. I knocked down 1 star because if you don't understand how to manipulate your images, this can be a difficult process. I whish samsung had an option in the smart things app to convert your images to fit the frame. Also I don't like the Samsung app interface. This is across all samsung tvs not specific to this TV. I will add a streaming stick to fix. Overall I would recommend this TV it's excellent!!!!

Terrible Product: Won't Turn On

I bought this TV new from this website. It only turned on once and not again. When I tried to ask Samsung to repair it, they would neither replace nor repair the product. No quality assurance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing The Frame TV. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with turning your TV on. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

1. Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.

2. If your TV does not turn on, check whether the remote control sensor is on. By holding a reflective object like mirror under the TV, you can easily find the remote control sensor.
3. If the remote control sensor is not turned on, unplug the power cable and plug it back in.
4. Disconnect and reconnect the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable between the TV and the One Connect
Box. Make sure that the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable is not pinched or bent sharply.

5. Check the remote control sensor again. If the LED is turned on, press the power button on your remote control to turn
on your TV.
- If the remote control sensor turns off when you press the power button, your TV is correctly connected to the power
supply.
- If the TV screen is still blank, softly tap it with your finger. If the part of the screen you tapped on blinks, your TV is
correctly connected to the power supply.

On the remote, press the Home button. If the Home Screen appears, the TV is turned on but the connected external device does not work or is not connected correctly. Please check the following:
- Check the connection of the HDMI cable to your TV or One Connect Box. - Make sure that the external device is turned on. - If it does not turn on, make sure the power cable is properly connected to the device and to the wall outlet. - Make sure that the correct source is selected on the Home Screen.

If the same problem continues, please contact our Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Super light and thin

happy with installed tv; however, agree with all of the previous reviews about the mounting hardware. we watched tutorials showing the ease of install w/one bracket, but there are two with the 2021 model.
please include a template! the bracket placement diagram is difficult to work out, and our model didnt line up with two studs, so we had to make an extra trip to the hardware atore for heavy duty anchors. diagrams are not easy to follow, and are too small to see accurate location of small parts (wire keepers). with a template and better instructions, we probably could have installed in half the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i, like probably all of these reviews, had preordered my 2021 frame tv. i was elated to see this updated mounting design. it will undoubtedly prove to be much more robust. the instructions could have been a bit clearer, however, they did eventually make perfect sense.
the template depicts the height of the tv at two different elevations; the lower position is where the tv will be when complete, while the top elevation depicts where the tv will need to be held during installation to align the tv into the keyholes of the mounting brackets.
the tv is so thin and is held flush to the wall. the cable to the box is very flexible, thin, and clear. measuring just less than 15 feet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I could turn back time…

i just spent 15 minutes typing out the many issues i had with this tv from fit & finish to terrible installation experience to software/ux issues. and samsung will not let me post because my 300 character review “exceeds max 800”????? what??!
