WOW All Tvs should have this option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this TV for commercial use, primarily because it's not immediately noticeable as a TV. Because its set up to look like a picture frame (we purchased the white frame add-on), its incredibly slim and doesn't detract from the rest of the room's style particularly when set to art mode.
Its still a Samsung Smart TV so you have access to all the standard apps (we use it to play music, music videos, shows, movies...) but you can also toggle on an art or ambient mode which allows you to display artwork (with or without an art frame border) and relaxing animations. You can also easily upload & display your own art instead of the pre-baked ones - This works well for promotions!
My only gripe is that you can't display art mode AND play music via another tv app like Spotify (you CAN toggle on Art mode and play audio from your phone if you have a Samsung phone via the Samsung app - but I have an iPhone).
Overall its a beautiful, clear, and loud TV and I'm happy with my purchase. This tv offers the flexibility I need .... in a package that's beautiful! OH and the Solar-powered remote control is a very nice touch!!

Incredible picture, solid sound and the thinnest TV period! Unique design and features that would make the nerdiest of techies geek out! Refresh rate, blackness and on and on! Seriously trying to justify a reason to purchase another…

A Beautiful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You could not have a more elegant TV hung to the wall. To have it as snug as wall art is a perfect visual as you walk down a hall leading to our living room. Snug as a bug.
I cut the cable cord with this purchase at this house. At our other house I have been cable free for several years. The intent was to get the latest "Smart" TV.
The TV's functionality has been good (other than noted below) and the picture perfect. My biggest complaint is the Samsung TV Plus cannot be disabled or diverted. Until I was able to change the channel from the annoying default of Gordon Ramsey (who I appreciate, but do not want to see EVERY time the TV is turned on) it was extremely frustrating as it picked up the same scene over and over. Additionally it is not preloaded with YouTube TV which is not a big deal, but once loaded it has been glitchy to the point that I had to install a Firestick. This works flawlessly, but now a 2nd remote. I am hoping this can be resolved and I can drop the Firestick. Meanwhile it was so easy to install with the One Connect Box. That is a perfect interface. Other than the noted bothers it would have been a 5 star rating.
I also have a 43" Frame from 3 years ago and have been very happy with that TVs reliability and functionality.

Activate the built-in motion sensor so whenever you walk into the room, your TV displays one of your favorite selections.

To disable the Samsung TV Plus app, please try the following:
- Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press the down button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’.
- Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service.
- Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide.

Your experience with the YouTube TV app has been shared with our product teams. Please make sure that Auto Update is turned on so that your apps can stay current with the latest updates and patches. Navigate to the Settings within the App Store and set Auto Update to: On.

My Favorite Home Purchase!

As someone who values aesthetics, I never liked the look of a TV over a mantle, welcome the Frame. It’s absolutely beautiful. The picture is amazing, the Art mode is perfection and setup was easy. I purchased a thicker frame to complete the look and couldn’t be happier.

Looks so much better than a regular TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a TV that could look as little like a TV as possible when not in use, and this fits the bill perfectly. I got a white frame for the edges and when I have art on it, it doesn't look like a black box - exactly as I was hoping.
