[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung, I am a long time fan of the brand and have many products from home appliances to phones and tablets.
The frame TV is definitely a great product, I like the stylish look and device functionality. Apps works flawlessly and fast.
The only issue is the mount. I definitely believe Samsung should work on it. It’s most just hard it’s Almost impossible to make it right whith a drywall. Because of the distance between the two mounts and the distance between studs won’t let you to mount it the right way. I had to use special anchors and only one of the mounts was attached to the stud.

65” QLED Frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been involved in Audio Visual in a school setting for the last 33 years and this is by far the most superior flat panel TV I have ever experienced. This is a quality device from the wall mount kit that comes with it, to the one connect box, through to the picture clarity. We have the Frame above our fireplace and display images when the tv is powered off and not one visitor to our home so far, has realized it is our tv. Every visitor has commented on our painting we have above the fireplace and they are amazed when we say it is our TV.
The installation is smooth and easy and the magnetic locks on the mounts keep the TV secure and tight to the wall.
The smart features and the ease of connecting mobile devices give great options and viewing flexibility. The controls are intuitive and directions are easy enough to follow even for non-techie owners.
Don’t let the cost scare you away. My wife does not get into high tech like I do, but when she first saw the image, and what TV could do, she said the price was well worth it.

AM IN LOVE WITH MY TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never paid much attention to a television as I am not a gamer and do not utilize the TV in a very sophisticated fashion. My requirements are that it has a decent picture, reasonable sound and is easy to navigate through the functions. . However, this TV is special...the amount of art work that one can choose from is amazing. I don't know when I will actually have enough time to go through even half of it. The features to control the artwork is user-friendly and is just a delight to use - programming the art to change every few minutes or hours, creating your own mat and choosing the color of the mats. Moreover, I find the quality of the picture when watching TV and movies perfect. It is also my opinion that the sound quality if shockingly good given that the TV is almost flush against the wall. In short, I would recommend this TV to anyone as I already have. I am more than delighted with this purchase!

Great piece for living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it for Streaming, Movies, & Sports. It does a great job from the point of a processor in TV. The picture stays extremely clear in all kinds of action. We are very pleased with the lighting as our 55" Frame Tv stays stays clear in a very bright room with a lot of windows. My wife loves the ability to turn off the TV and be able to view a picture which is the point of the TV. Many visitors comment about that ability to view it as a picture. People love that.

The fact that I can use my own pictures using the “smart things” app is great.
We have the TV in our bedroom and we use it to display newborn pictures of our son. The size is perfect for our bedroom. Couldn’t be happier with the TV.

Love the picture but not the bottom menu

Thank you for choosing The Frame TV and for your review. Please know that you can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking. Simply select an app, press & hold the Enter key. You will see a popup menu with options to move or remove it.
You can also choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features
1) When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. Please know that the Last App Used function may not work with all apps.

Looks great, pairs and syncs perfect and free tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First…. The wall mount makes this tv look awesome on the wall! Second you can upload your own pics and artwork…. Especially for holidays….. third it syncs with my phone to play music and mirror my screen. And Last…. Free tv channels and movies…. Apparently samsung has their own tv…. Say goodbye to cable! Love it…. Expensive but Im planning on having this for awhile so its ok…. Oh and sound and picture quality is amazing also!

Design and Clarity

The overall quality is very fine, from the styling, to the clarity of picture, including ability to see well from an angle (at least 30 degrees), and the ease of access.
