Great thin 4k TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE how thin it is on the wall. In a space where my guests would see a bunch of cords, now is a beautiful 1 inch tv that has some good art.
So many double looks on if it’s a tv or painting.

I am happy to hear that you are enjoying the realistic picture quality delivered to your screen with our Quantum Dot technology which powers over a billion brilliant shades of vivid and lifelike colors that stay true regardless of the scene’s brightness.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the brightness level on your TV. In Art mode, the brightness and color tone of your TV are automatically adjusted depending on the ambient, and the TV can be automatically turned off. Use the directional buttons on the remote control to move to Modify at the bottom of the screen, and then press "Select". In the next screen, adjust the picture brightness. After selecting the desired settings, press "Select" on the remote again.
When not in Art Mode, you can further customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
I hope you can use these adjustment recommendations to set the image to your liking. The features are perfect for our studio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a small Community Access Television station and have been interested in adding a monitor into our studio set design. This worked out perfectly for us. We are able to input different images to display on the screen for the different programs being recorded in our studio. We mounted it on a stand with castors that allows it to be moved around the set easily.

Great looking TV, feature packed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love this TV. We have a large family/great room that includes the an open kitchen. We wanted something that went more with the modern décor of this room. We were going for a looked that was more 'designer-esque'. (My wife is a big Magnolia fan). This fit perfectly for that style. The TV is flus mount, minimal wires and artworks looks great. Next step is to find or build the perfect bezel. Not entirely sold on the options available by Samsung for the bezels.
Sound quality is good, obviously not surround-sound quality, but good enough for filling a 700sq ft room.
I love the picture by picture feature, were you can display two different HDMI inputs simultaneously. Great for Zoom meetings in one picture, and watch the game in the other.
Overall great purchase.

Fantastic Television

The OneConnect box is a stroke of genius and the functionality of the TV is everything I could ask for. My one improvement would be to the overall brightness of the TV, as it does remain quite dim at times. Also, the Art Mode Slideshow is not intuitive. I would expect that to be fixed in subsequent updates. The TV itself is stunning, functionally sound and I would recommend this at any size point to anyone interested!

If the default brightness is not to your liking, you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices: 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing.

Enjoying our new Frame TV 65"!

We really like the ease of use, having the control box separated from the monitor - making it a breeze to setup with other input devices. With only one (visible) fiber optic cable it looks fantastic on our big living room wall. Nothing really negative worthy of mentioning.

Great TV, but compromised experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV and its features. Great features: the picture, ability to display artwork, etc., and that's what's most important. But everything else about the TV is not so great. SOFTWARE: performance is erratic. Sometimes it's very responsive, sometimes it sits there while you try to navigate, so you keep pressing remote buttons thinking it didn't get it the first time, then it executes all your button presses which of course messes up whatever you were trying to do. Some Apps are not working, even after I try all the troubleshooting procedures. REMOTE: I love the concept of the minimalist design, but the result is horrible. Some buttons have multiple functions depending on context, which is really efficient. But the different functionalities are not documented ANYWHERE. Yet the minimalist design includes buttons that in practice will never be used! Why clutter the device with them? The remote is not backlit, which means that in a darkened room I constantly hit the wrong button, often causing me to exit whatever I was viewing. USER GUIDES: The manual for the remote is worse than useless, because not only does it not document much of the remote's functionality, what it does document includes incorrect information! And the User Guide itself is awful. For example, I still can't figure out whether my unit supports PIP. Supplemental info online isn't any better. CONCLUSION: Great TV, but mediocre software, remote and manuals really take away from the experience.

Works and looks as presented

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first TV I've had in 6 years and I couldn't be happier. The best features are the Art Mode and Custom Bezel since most I don't want a TV to be a focal point (aka:eye sore) in the room when it's off. This is also my first smart TV, and those features are very convenient and easy to use...I know I'm late to the game on this! Very easy to set up and sync with all of the apps.
