Great tv with connectivity issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a center piece, it sits above my fireplace and looks amazing paired with the bezel. It really does look like artwork. The picture quality is also amazing with high details and contrats. Unfortunately, it keeps disconnecting overnight. I have to restart it every morning if i want it to have internet. Hopefully this will be patched with an update.

I am happy to hear setup was easy and that you are enjoying the realistic picture quality delivered to your screen with our Quantum Dot technology which powers over a billion brilliant shades of vivid and lifelike colors that stay true regardless of the scene’s brightness.
We appreciate you sharing the details of your issue with Internet connectivity. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Excellent TV

Easy to set up, has a great picture quality, very easy to use (especially when switching between streaming services) and the art looks great on wall. Looks like an actual painting hang there. Haven't even gotten a sound bar yet but the sound quality is excellent in my medium size room.

Picture its OK. But the fact that you can somewhat make it look like a frame on the wall, makes it stand out!

the only complaint that i have about this tv is youtube tv app crashing!!!!
i have the previous generations of frame tv's.. the 2019 - 49", 2020 - 50", and now the 2021 50" and it improves every year until the black screen from youtube tv takes over... the fix for me is reinstalling the app, or performing a power cycle.....but it is annoying that you have to do this everyday.....besides that, samsung products in general are awesome & i've never been disappointed, so hopefully 1-update will fix this issue and then i'll be ready to buy the 75" frame for the living room... but i won't buy it until the youtube tv app issue is fixed.... like i said, the 2019 & 2020 models do not have any issues....just the 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a overall great product. It allows me to do everything that I wanted to do with a TV and much more. The amount that came with it allows me to mount it to the wall and make it appear that it looks like a picture rather than a TV coming from people that enter my living room. I thoroughly enjoy that it allows me to switch from Ambient Mode, art mode, and other various modes that I utilize. The picture on the screen is amazing. Definitely would refer this product to my friends.
