Beautiful TV, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not impressed with the quality of watching streaming tv with a good hardwired Ethernet connection. It’s worse over wireless and my Internet service is great. I’m going to try and switch to a high end CAT 6 cable to see if that helps. Also, the night sensor/setting in art mode doesn’t work, so you need to turn that off, otherwise art mode will turn off after a few minutes in most lighting conditions. I really want to like this TV, but as you can see that has been a challenge.

Thank you for purchasing the 2021 Frame TV and for sharing the details of your issue with Wi-Fi connectivity. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) If using a wired connection, check if the LAN cable is plugged in on both ends. If it is plugged in, check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. 5) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
6) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

Great picture and affordable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy watching my Samsung 55" television so much the picture is so clear and vivid. It almost looks like I am right there in the mix when I watch any kind of sports and I must say I simply love my TV. You will love your samsung television too! Don't miss out. The only drawback I have found was the super small remote control. I lost it the first month and haven't had it since then. I did get a u universal remote and it is good to go.

This is a stunner!

It literally serves as the center piece of our space and there's so much that you can do with the art or photos. I have used different bezels over time also and it surely adds a touch of class to the TV.
