[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung TV the Frame and we love it. The TV is used to stream movies, shows & sports. The quality of screen is unbelievable. It looks like the characters are in the room with you. The sound quality is decent, we will probably upgrade the sound experience with a soundbar to get the big boomy effect for action movies. I love being able to upload pictures from my phone to use with the Matt and have on when the TV in use. Installation was easy and only took about 1 hour. In order to get the TV to mount flush with the wall, we had to get creative & make a hole in the wall behind the tv to feed the cord & the receiver through. I have never been happier with a TV.

New Product for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first smart TV and the first larger TV....got tired of being mocked by my adult children for the size of my TV. Love that it can have a piece of art displayed rather than just a giant black screen staring at you. Very pleased so far.

Nice TV when it works

bought the 50" frame and have had it less than a week. it's a nice tv- when it works. ours constantly turns on and off by itself while in the middle of watching something. samsung is sending someone to come fix it, but for an expensive tv that is brand new, seems like it shouldn't need to be fixed. i'm worried that we're going to be stuck with a lemon that will continually need fixing, which won't always be free of charge.
