Has been amazing so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own this for the bright living room and a cx oled for my darker office. This tv has been amazing so far both in terms of picture quality and black levels, but also in terms of the software. I am a Samsung guy and have a s20+ and a tab s7+ which both work great with the tv and smart things.
Minor issues are no dolby vision support and only 1 hdmi 2.1 port. But I only have my Xbox series x connected to this and my ps5 connected to the cx so it's not a big deal. If I wanted both to be connected to this it would be annoying.
Anyway if you have a bright room and want the best non oled, this is it. I'm very happy.

Tv of my dreams!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for a new tv to take place of my previous tv because it had no hdr, VRR, hdmi 2.1 etc. I didn’t want just any tv, I wanted THE RIGHT TV. It took me months to make the right decision to invest in a tv but when I started thoroughly comparing different TVs and what I’m looking for in one, the QN90A stood out the most. I’m a HUGE gamer so it definitely had to have all of the bells and whistles for next gen gaming... and it does. The picture quality is outstanding for my Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X. This tv will immerse you into another dimension when you set up game mode! it’s good for competitive gaming as well because it has VRR which gives you faster refresh rates, faster input lag and 120fps. I honestly think this is the best package in a tv right now. It has a nice sturdy stand that will stand firm on any surface (unless you prefer wall mount). The tv looks really sleek and fine tuned to show off as people will notice it in any open setting. I’m happy with the decision I made and you will be to.

Great TV but with few software flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV with excellent technical features that you can read about over internet. The only issue that I can mention is regarding the freeze of some apps such as HBO max whenever TV is turned on over the open app. For example if before turning off the TV, you are watching HBO max, then next time that you turn the TV on, you will experience the freeze of HBO max app. In that case the only solution that works for me is to unplug the TV from electric outlet and plug in again.
So, in order to avoid such a problem, I have to switch to any other app (rather than HBO max) before turning the TV off.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN90A TV and for sharing your experience with apps freezing. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes app performance updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
If your issue persists, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

My own mini home theater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a perfect fit for my space available. And the picture quality is fantastic, like I am in a theater. May add a sound bar at a later date, but for now the tv speakers do very well. Navigation of the controls was easy to learn even foe someone who is not very tech savvy. Fits all the requirements that I was looking for.

This TV has more features than my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it mainly for streaming and cable TV, casting videos of our grandkids. I like that I can use Samsung smartthings with it. Instead of using the remote I can ask Alexa to change channels and notifications. Like that you can go to streaming services very easily and fast. It is much faster than my old curved Samsung. Like the picture quality and viewing at night is very good. I also really like the anti-refliction
