unable to pair Bluetooth headphones

i've tried and tried (with three different bluetooth headphones) to pair them with no success. seems to hang (nothing happens) after selecting "pair and connect". maybe a sw update will fix it? would like to get this to work due to my "hearing situation".
also the neggen (atsc 3.0) channels look worse than the corresponding hd channels. however this could be a broadcaster problem.

Thank you for purchasing the QN90A TV and for your review. We appreciate you sharing your experience when connecting your Bluetooth headphones to the TV. To pair your headphones using the TV's Bluetooth function, go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
- If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth device, place the device closer to the TV, and then select Refresh. - When you turn on a paired Bluetooth device, the TV detects it automatically, and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate or deactivate the Bluetooth device.
You may also want to check the Connection Guide for detailed information regarding connecting your headphones. Go to Source > Connection Guide > Audio Device > Bluetooth.
Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones: - You can only pair one Bluetooth device at a time. - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround), or TV SoundConnect simultaneously.
Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Fatal Flaw on an otherwise great TV.

i finally pulled the trigger on an 85” tv. despite it being gard to transport, setup, and lift. i was immediately blown away by the pucture quality. however, the qn90a has a fatal flaw; the wide angle and anti-glare lense on the screen renders the tv absolutely useless out of the box. this lense creares a streaking rainbow effect, thats utterly distracting and ruins the viewing experince. instead of glare reducing as intened, this exponentially multiplies glare in any normal household setup if you have lights on anywhere within range of the tv. my 15 year old tv had less glare. this is an absolute waste of money, and a waste of your time. i would actively reccomend not purchasing this tv, or samsung, to any family, friends, or even strangers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent TV for a very bright room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from streaming direct and chromecast contents, we use the TV to chromecast HiFi music, through the 9.1 sound system. We also added a camera to it, and use it for Duo video calls.. Lastly, we use it as a big remote screen for the laptop computer.

i pre-ordered this tv last year and got it early. the moment that i got it set up and turned on i was astounded. the quality of the 4k processing is amazing and the sound is pretty good coming directly from the tv.
